Internship Title:             Promotions College Internship (KGNW/KKMO/KKOL)

Position Summary:                    Assist Promotions/Marketing Director with coordinating and implementing station events, manage listener database, assist with contest and promotions. Interns accepted into the program must be enrolled in a college or university and must be of junior or senior status. Interns will need to commit to a 3-month internship program.

Reports to:                               Promotions/Marketing Director

Salary:                                      Interns will not be paid wages for the period of the internship, and will work no longer than 40 hours per week

Requirement of Position:           Requires working some evenings and weekends, a valid Washington driver’s license, Proficient in Word, Excel, Access, Publisher, PowerPoint and Internet. Must be 18 years or older and able to follow company policies and procedures.

Personality Traits:                     Must be dependable, flexible, work well under pressure, communicates well, organized and has a high energy level.
